Who?

I'm a 19 year old web developer based in Bath, UK who loves creating visually stunning, functional websites with the latest web technologies, specialising in JavaScript & jQuery. I've just finished my first year at the University of Bath, studying for a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science. Find out more?

My interest in web began at the age of 13, when my father decided he'd like to learn how to make websites, and together we taught ourselves HTML & CSS, and ever since I've worked together with Dad on a number of websites for local businesses under the name F2 Web Design. Since then I've continued to learn and have taught myself a variety of skills that all come in handy when designing and/or developing sites. I'm always learning, you have to be to keep up with the rate at which the web moves forward. I'm always on the look out for new projects, so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you're interested in working with me, or if you just want to ask me a question.

Skills

Showing you a huge long list of technical jargon is going to bore you to pieces. To be honest, it would bore me too! So I've created a graph which shows off what I can do. If you are not sure what any of it means, hover over the relevant bar and you'll get more information. You'll notice there is no key and that's because it's impossible to measure myself against anyone. The bars are all relative to my abilities.

I write about the web

When I'm not making websites, I'm writing about websites and teaching others skills about designing and developing websites. I've written for multiple sites, including some that get around one million visits per month. Some of my favourite tutorials are:
